CabbieAppUK is a technology platform that brings together passengers and Licensed Drivers global with mobile App ("CabbieAppUK")

This document explains how CabbieAppUK processes your personally information when you use our App or Website ("CabbieAppUK"), whether you are a driver, passenger (or simply everyone who is using our system).
Your Use of CabbieAppUK
1. Any Free Credit given to a Driver (on the driver’s app) cannot be used to pay for taxi (cab) fare or transfer to your bank account,
When a driver accepts a job using CabbieAppUK, the passenger has a right to
expect that driver to turn up, and when a passenger books a taxi using
CabbieAppUK, the driver should expect that passenger to be at the pick-up
address (pick-up point).
2. You can use CabbieAppUK anywhere in the UK
2.1 You can only use CabbieAppUK driver app to pick up passenger if you are a licensed Hackney Carriage taxi driver. We will not let you join as a driver (on our discretion) where we have reason to believe that you are not a licensed taxi driver, we may suspend your app and request for additional information at any time
2.2 you can join CabbieAppUK as a promoter to promote our business and to receive the credit, promoter will receive profit in credit balance but not will receive any job if they do not hold the valid taxi licence 2.4 And promise that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up-to-date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time on your App;
2.5 your use of CabbieAppUK grants you no rights in relation to our intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text or rights in and to CabbieAppUK software, applications and website) or the intellectual property of our retail, other than the non-transferable, personal right to use and receive the CabbieAppUK services in accordance with these Terms;
2.6 that you will not use CabbieAppUK: for any unlawful ways; in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders CabbieAppUK less efficient; to transfer files that contain viruses, Trojans or other harmful programs; to access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate any security measures; to disseminate any content which is defamatory, obscene, or may have the effect of being harassing, threatening or abusive to an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability or otherwise; to advertise or promote third party or your own products or services (other than your taxi services in the normal course of the use of CabbieAppUK);
2.7 You must have all the appropriate licenses, approvals and authority to provide taxi services to passengers; that you own or have the legal right to operate the vehicle you use when using CabbieAppUK and that such vehicle meets all relevant safety standards; and that you have valid insurance cover for your vehicle and services;
2.8 And acknowledge that we have limited control over the nature and content of information and chat transmitted or received by you or other users of CabbieAppUK. Although we reserve the right to do so, we do not monitor such content in the usual course of business and will not be liable for any such content. If you have a complaint about another user please contact us via the app or website (www.cabbieappuk.com):
2.9 To refrain from doing anything which we reasonably believe to be disreputable or capable of damaging our reputation;
2.10 That you will comply with all applicable laws and be responsible for the provision of your taxi services to passengers (including without limitation, following safety laws in relation to the use of mobile devices whilst driving)
2.11 In relation to the reporting information that we provide, we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that such information is accurate but we can't guarantee that it will always be accurate or correct and therefore you should use your own judgement when acting on the basis of information provided.
2.12 to compensate and defend us fully against any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any other person as a result of your breach of these Terms.
2.13 Please note that we are not responsible for the behaviour, actions or inactions of passengers whether or are CabbieAppUK users or not
2.14 We at CabbieAppUK simply provide a platform to introduce drivers and passenger
2.15If we see a driver continually cancelling jobs (after accepting the job), then we reserve the right to remove that driver from the CabbieAppUK network (without giving an explanation). Any balance remaining the driver’s app will be not compensated
3. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
3.1 You will be charges a fixed price for each jobs (the price can differ from job to job) for more information go to www.cabbieappuk.com
3.2 This a pay as you go Application, you must need credit balance to receive the job, drivers must need balance in their app to receive the job 3.3 You may only accept and process payments using your app where the cardholder or PayPal has authorised such transaction,
3.4 When you accept a payment by card or PayPal on your app, the amount taken from the customer will be credited into your app balance
3.5 You can request your balance to be transferred to your bank account at any time, the minimum amount request for a transfer is £30.00 (maximum time it will take for your balance transfer to be completed is 14 working days).
3.6 We have the right to suspend the processing of any transaction where we reasonably believe that the transaction may be fraudulent or criminal activity or where we reasonably believe you to be in breach of these Terms.
3.7 For CabbieAppUK registered passengers the charges are set out on the website, where CabbieAppUK registered passengers pay with a card through the CabbieAppUK, we will provide payment protection over such transactions. The following additional terms apply to CabbieAppUK transactions:
3.8 The balance of any payments owing to you from passengers will be provided in accordance with the terms set out in the app and website.
3.9 The passenger denies authorising or we have reasonable grounds to suspect or remove that the passenger did not authorise the relevant transaction
3.10 Pending investigation where a transaction is considered to be fraudulent or otherwise suspicious or where a transaction requires validation with a card issuer (bank).
3.11 You acknowledge that payment providers may ask that we or they conduct an audit of your activities to ensure compliance with these Terms and you further agree that you will co-operate in relation to any financial crime screening that is required and to assist us in complying with any laws and card or financial institution rules or policies.
4.1 We may terminate these Terms and close your account without notice if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms, if bankruptcy proceedings are brought against you or if you do not pay a court judgement on time.
4.2 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to CabbieAppUK at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these Terms. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.
4.3 You are under no obligation to use our service and may simply choose to stop using it at any time).
5. OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
5.1 You have certain rights under the law. These include that we will provide CabbieAppUK to a reasonable standard and within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these statutory rights. For more information about your statutory rights you can contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
5.2 We are not responsible for: losses not caused by our breach; the actions or inactions of any drivers; the actions or inactions of other CabbieAppUK users; indirect losses which means loss to you which is a side effect of the main loss or damage and where you and us could not have reasonably anticipated that type of loss arising at the time of entering into these Terms; or failure to provide CabbieAppUK or to meet any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond our control (for example a network failure).
