CabbieAppUK is a technology platform that brings together passengers and Licensed Taxi Drivers global with mobile App ("CabbieAppUK")
Any booking from website is not confirm until customers contacted to the drivers by tale phone call and drivers accepted the booking, Any cancelation customers must be contact to the drivers directly, If customers receive an automatic email confirmation about a booking still it’s not confirm until customers contacted to the drivers by tale phone call, Customers must accept this condition before book a job from website or customers app, We are connecting customers directly to the drivers so customers must contact to the drivers for any booking confirmation or update, If customers do not receive the drivers details then simple your job is not booked.
This document explains how CabbieAppUK processes your personal information
when you use our App or Website ("CabbieAppUK"), whether you are a
driver, passenger (or simply everyone who is using our system).
2. Your Use of CabbieAppUK
2.1 You can use CabbieAppUK anywhere in the UK
2.1 You will only receive CabbieAppUK Drivers in areas where we have registered drivers
2.2 Sometimes when we have NO drivers available or in areas where we have no registered taxi drivers, we may provide you a local taxi firms phone numbers (If you book a taxi by calling the number's that between you and them, we will not accept any responsibility).
2.3 We only used licensed taxi drivers and registered operators

2.5 And promise that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up-to-date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time via your App;
2.6 your use of CabbieAppUK grants you no rights in relation to our intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text or rights in and to CabbieAppUK software, applications and website) or the intellectual property of our retail or advertising partners, other than the non-transferable, personal right to use and receive the CabbieAppUK services in accordance with these Terms;
2.7 that you will not use CabbieAppUK: for any unlawful ways; in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders CabbieAppUK less efficient; to transfer files that contain viruses, Trojans or other harmful programs; to access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate any security measures; to disseminate any content which is defamatory, obscene, or may have the effect of being harassing, threatening or abusive to an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability or otherwise; to advertise or promote third party or your own products or services;
2.8To refrain from doing anything which we reasonably believe to be disreputable or capable of damaging our reputation;
2.9That you will comply with all applicable laws;
2.10 You can make payment in full to any CabbieAppUK driver directly through your app (for any taxi journeys)
2.11 To treat taxi drivers introduced to you through CabbieAppUK with respect and not to cause damage to their taxi or engage in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive behaviour or activity whilst using their taxi or the CabbieAppUK service;
2.12 to compensate and defend us fully against any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any other person as a result of your breach of these Terms.
2.13 Please note that we are not responsible for the behaviour, actions or inactions of any taxis drivers which you may use (through CabbieAppUK or otherwise). Any contract for the provision of taxi services is between you and the driver and we at CabbieAppUK will simply refuse to get involved
2.14 If for any reason you do not like a driver you simply BAR the Driver on your app (you do not have to give explanation)
3. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
3.1 if you choose to pay for a taxi ride through CabbieAppUK then such payment you agree that we may undertake authorisation checks on your card when you first join as and when you take a CabbieAppUK TAXI.
3.2 You can also Top Up credit on your app which you can use as means of payment when you take (CabbieAppUK) taxi ride
3.3 Any credit on your app, we reserve the right not to give any refund, you can only be used your credit in a (CabbieAppUK) taxi ride.
3.4 Once you have booked a taxi journey with CabbieAppUK you won't be able to cancel (since the service has already been provided) and your payment will be taken automatically and is non-refundable. If you have any complaint in relation to the taxi service provided then that dispute must be taken up with the taxi driver directly.
CabbieAppUK Cancellation Policy
Where possible, we encourage our passengers to contact their driver directly prior to cancelling as this resolve many misunderstandings.
1. Cancellation. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of £4 cancellation fee if you cancel an order after a 1 minute taxi has been allocated to your job
If after 1 minute of your taxi being confirmed and allocated to you, then you decide to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £4
1. If you do not board the taxi at the pickup location within 5 minutes of the taxi arriving at the pickup location or you and the driver have not made contact, the £4 cancellation fee will apply; if you then make contact and you board the taxi the driver will charge you waiting time
2. If your taxi does not arrive within 5 minutes of the estimated time
Of estimated arrival first displayed upon taxi allocation, the cancellation
fee will not be charged.
4.4 If you both (you & the driver) agree to cancel you will not be charged andwe reserve the right to charge the full amount of the fare unless cancelled 60minutes before agreed pickup time.
If after 60 minute before agreed pickup time you decide to cancel, maybe you will be charged a cancellation fee of the full fare.
1. Cleaning: You will be charged minimum of £40 and maximum of £70 if after your journey the taxi requires cleaning.
2. Damage: You will be charged at cost for any damage to the taxi caused by you.
4.6 At CabbieAppUK, we aim to provide a fair deal for both passengers and
drivers. For the service to work well for everyone, we rely on everyone to
keeping their promises.
When a driver accepts a job using CabbieAppUK, the passenger has a right to expect that driver to turn up, and when a passenger books a taxi using CabbieAppUK, the driver should expect that passenger to be at the pickup address (pickup point).
If any of our drivers continually cancel a job without give good reason, we have right to compliance and bar that driver
If we see a driver continually cancelling jobs, then we reserve the right to remove that driver from the CabbieAppUK network.
When a passenger continually cancels the job without good reason, the driver should expect some small compensation to cover his or her time. We also reserve the right to remove any passenger that refuse to pay the driver for his or her lost time from the CabbieAppUK network.
4.1 We may terminate these Terms and close your account without notice if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms, if bankruptcy proceedings are brought against you or if you do not pay a court judgment on time.
4.2 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to CabbieAppUK at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these Terms. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.
4.3 You are under no obligation to use our service and may simply choose to stop using it at any time).
5. OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
5.1 you have certain rights under the law. These include that we will provide CabbieAppUK to a reasonable standard and within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these statutory rights. For more information about your statutory rights you can contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
5.2 We are not responsible for: losses not caused by our breach; the actions or inactions of any drivers; the actions or inactions of other CabbieAppUK users; indirect losses which means loss to you which is a side effect of the main loss or damage and where you and us could not have reasonably anticipated that type of loss arising at the time of entering into these Terms; or failure to provide CabbieAppUK or to meet any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond our control (for example a network failure).
You are under no obligation to use the our service and may simply choose to stop using it at any time
7.1 If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provisions shall continue to apply.
7.2 These Terms are not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us.
7.3 We are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand CabbieAppUK. We may amend these Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes to CabbieAppUK in which case we will give you reasonable notice of any changes to these Terms. You can terminate at any time as set out above.
7.4 We will do our best to resolve any disputes over these Terms. If you wish to take court proceedings against us you must do so within the United Kingdom. If you live in England or Wales the laws of England and Wales shall apply and if you live in Scotland, Scottish law shall apply.
7.5 These terms and conditions can be updated at any time.
